Stage 3 : Welding process
Due to the amount of corrosion and poor repairs over
the years all these new panels will be fitted to the
shell.
Now welding is complete it will go again to be acid
dipped for final cleaning and then electro coated.
Electro Coating is a unique chemical process,
involving no blasting, no stress, therefore no mess. It
is the best available process for preparation and
restoration of all steel vehicle components, panels
and shells.
