Stage 2 : Shaping and filling
To Strip Vehicle And Repair as Required
To remove bonnet, tailgate, black trims , rear
windows and windscreen.
To remove Front and rear bumpers.
To remove all lights, front panel and fuel filler door.
To remove doors and to strip of glass, internals and
hinges.
To cut off nearside sill, make repairs to box section
replace outer sill with new panel.
To cut out and repair lower wing edge to weld up
rubber trim bump strip holes as now these are no
longer required.
To weld up both holes in lower windscreen scuttle
panel and lead repair over.
To remove complete fuel filler housing body and weld
in replacement.
