Stage 2 : 1st Acid Dipping process And Welding
Check aliment and Jig main chassis rails.
Cut out rear cross member and replace.
Clean and repair main chassis rails.
Cut off front and rear out riggers and weld new in.
Cut out inner and outer sills jig and fit new.
Repair front bulk head.
Cut out and replace inner rear panels.
To jig and fit new A and B posts and weld in, using
panels as alignment.
To cut off and fit / modify new front offside inner
wing panel and weld in.
Repair front nearside inner wing as necessary.
Cut out and fit boot floor and side boxing panels as
needed.
Fit and weld new rear bumper out riggers.
Fit and weld rear apron rails and supports.
Fit new rear floor pans and weld in additional
extension pieces.
Offer up all body panels during project checking and
modifying as needed.
Final assembly and inspection before vehicle and
panels leave for the final acid dip and eleco coating
process.
